What kind of data does Farsight AI use?

Farsight AI does not ingest sensitive or proprietary customer data. It uses non-confidential templates and structured inputs.

Is any data used to train models?

No. Customer data is never used to train any LLMs — not ours, not third parties’. All model interactions occur through secure, zero-retention endpoints.

How are updates handled?

All updates flow through staging before production. If needed, Farsight can roll back within 24 hours of notification.

Is the platform SOC 2 compliant?

Yes — Farsight AI is SOC 2 Type I certified and in final observation for Type II, with regular audits and automated monitoring controls.

How is authentication managed?

Access is restricted to customer networks and SSO-enforced through Microsoft Office365. Admins control user-level access.
